Wedding hangers are must have on your wedding day! Not only are they adorable, but they are a great gift and of course look fabulous in pictures. A big thanks to Krystal for sharing her adventures in making her own wire hangers. If you aren’t quite as crafty as Krystal you can buy them pre-made on sites like Etsy!
Supplies you will need:
-18-22 gauge jewelry wire (it’s bendable no pliers needed!) (Hobby Lobby $1.99 a spool – needed about 4 spools for 10 hangers)
-5 pack of wooden hangers (Walmart – $4.95 – bought 2 packs)
Total project cost: around $18! (as apposed to $15-20 EACH on etsy)
Directions:
-Twist the first end of the wire around the hanger to hold it in place
-Twist the jewelry wire to create each letter
-When you are finished, tie off the end to the other side of the hanger and voila!
NOTE: It takes some trial and error so don’t feel bad if you mess up the first time!
